I don't even know where to start. I decided to come in for a routine oil change (as you do). During the oil change I was hoping to look at some SUVs as my Fiancee and I are ready to d I decided to come in for a routine oil change (as you do). During the oil change I was hoping to look at some SUVs as my Fiancee and I are ready to downsize to one vehicle. That is where I met Patrick. Patrick showed me vehicles all around the lot, I had my very own private tour. That is where I ended up seeing my Taos. This car was just too good to resist. We talked about personal values and how VW SUVs are growing and are safe for a family. Patrick mentioned he trusts his family in it and he wouldn't endorse it if not. A few phone calls later and some persuasion my fiancee drove down to come and look at the Taos. We have always dreamed of wanting an SUV together and we know when the day comes to start a family we want something safe and reliable. That is something we found in the TAOS. The rest is pretty much history. We talked about the value of our cars, we talked about finances and after coming in for a little oil change in the morning we left that afternoon in our new TAOS!!!! TJ was a great resource and supported us as well in the offer process as we discussed the price of our vehicles. TJ gave us a comfortable feeling while we purchased our first car together. Shawn was amazing with the finances we got through everything super quick and fast (most importantly understandable too). Overall this VW dealership has treated us like family and has allowed for my family to expand in the future. I can not stop thinking highly of this dealership and I don't think I can be persuaded to not think so. I can not wait to check-in and chat with them more when the time comes!
