I have been with Frank Boucher Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Volkswagen since July 2012. I am from Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. I grew up on a farm and was in the Army National Guard for 8 years. I switched to service a few years ago, and couldn't be happier. I've enjoyed the challenge of learning the technical side of vehicles, as well as putting my customer experience skills to good use. Very poor communication by staff. Had a new transmission put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manage put in under warranty, the people I spoke to kept giving me completion dates that moved further out. It was not until I spoke with the service manager that a full explanation for the delay was given. That was almost 2 months in. When I finally picked the vehicle up, it was here are your keys, bye. Not happy. Doubtful I will purchase another vehicle from them in the future. Unfortunate, as I will be in the market very soon. More
