Patrick Ellis, Sales Advisor, is enthusiastic, well informed and was very helpful throughout the process; it was a pleasure to meet with Gary Settles, General Sales Manager, as well as with Brian McMahan, Finance Manager, who took the time to explain everything in detail and answer all questions. All three were forthcoming and knowledgeable. General Manager Lance Royalty also stopped by to introduce himself. This excellent team made my Gates' experience a memorable one. I highly recommend Gates Honda! More
