He was friendly, straightforward, very knowledgable and we had a deal quickly. I moved on to the Finance manager, Brandi, who was equally lovely to deal with, and i left Rusnak with exactly the car i wanted and a deal i felt good about. I feel like the dealership experience should be aligned with the brand image, and my buying experience was just as i would imagine for Volvo: simple, sophisticated, and beautiful.
