I saw the 2018 SRT Durango listed on the used inventory on Wednesday, spoke with Pat Garrett over the phone about the car on Thursday, and I had it parked in my driveway on Friday! It was already listed at on Wednesday, spoke with Pat Garrett over the phone about the car on Thursday, and I had it parked in my driveway on Friday! It was already listed at a fair price, but he was willing to work with me and accept my Dodge Charger R/T as a trade in as well. Pat had sold my parents a 2020 Scat Pack Charger and a 2010 Furious Fuchsia Challenger, both cars were delivered to their house in IL without issue, so I knew I was in good hands. Pat is a great guy who made the entire process speedy, simple, and kept me feeling assured from start to finish. I was dreading the hours of signing and paperwork after my 4 hour drive to the dealership on Friday, especially after being pulled over on the way there (watch your speed on Rte 30) but Pat had all the papers ready to go for me and the car cleaned/prepared in front when I arrived on Friday so the whole process was a breeze. After showing me around the SRT, and verifying some info he walked me to the Finance Dept. where I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea Laux. Andrea was an absolute sweetheart and a pleasure to work with.She really helped me understand all of the financial 'blah blah' stuff (I just wanted to get in my new ride lol) but she explained what I would be signing on with each document, in a way that I could actually understand. She also broke down my warranty options I had and helped me decide on an extended warranty which would work best within my budget. No hassle, and they gave the same attention to a used car buyer that one would expect in the purchase of a brand new car. Thank you again to all the staff for my excellent experience. I hope to work with Pat/Andrea again when it's time to upgrade in the future. Driving the SRT Durango has been a dream. More
