We came in for an oil change and Carl showed us the 2020 AWD Palisade while we were waiting. It was sweet! AWD, pin striping, quilted leather seats and more room than our current Sante Fe! Bought a 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited and the sales manager on down to the sales person did not tell the truth these people lied from day one 2 the final paperwork was done. These people only want your manager on down to the sales person did not tell the truth these people lied from day one 2 the final paperwork was done. These people only want your money after they get that they are done with you and don't buy a car from them unless it is certified by them they will try to make you pay for that but this is something the dealer can do before you even purchase the car. The car was not even clean. After they told me they detailed it. More

When buying my vehicle at the end of the lease, I was charged a dealer fee of $899 even though the contract said no dealer fee would apply. When I tried to find out why, I was told rudely that they didn' charged a dealer fee of $899 even though the contract said no dealer fee would apply. When I tried to find out why, I was told rudely that they didn't have time to explain because they were too busy. Either agree to pay it or leave. Extremely disappointed in this cold and callous kind of treatment. I'd give NO STARS if it were an option. More

Our salesman, Nick Jones was very nice! He was also quite knowledgeable about the Sonata and answered all of our questions. In addition, Nick seemed more than happy to find us different versions of the car knowledgeable about the Sonata and answered all of our questions.
