I cannot say enough wonderful things about my car buying experience with Alex Matheny at Bayird Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Paragould! From start to finish, it was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced—in the best way possible. My husband and I flew from Houston to Memphis, and Alex went above and beyond by personally driving 90 miles to pick us up from the Memphis airport. He even waited patiently at the bank for 45 minutes while we got a cashier’s check. Who does that these days? Alex does. When we arrived at the dealership, I was overwhelmed with excitement—the car looked even better than I had imagined! I was beyond thankful and grateful. The entire Bayird team was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the transaction was smooth, professional, and efficient. We entered our home address into the car’s navigation system and drove the 9 hours back to Houston with full hearts and the perfect new ride.
