An adventure My wife and I purchased a QX 60 and a Q 50. We've always liked the Infiniti brand, the service, etc. It was an adventure from the start. Our sales My wife and I purchased a QX 60 and a Q 50. We've always liked the Infiniti brand, the service, etc. It was an adventure from the start. Our sales rep was Patrick Hornef. Through the entire experience, he was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This would all come in handy in later. We agreed to terms on both vehicles, and for the interest of getting every thing prepared, detailed, etc, Patrick asked for a few days before we signed paper work and traded in our cars. However, on the day that we picked our new vehicles up, we were disappointed with the detailing. For example, there were still stains on the head liner, gunk and crud in the cup holders, film and crud on the steering wheel. We pointed these out to Patrick and he said that if I brought the vehicles back at a later date (it was almost 7:30pm), he would make sure they were detailed properly. Additionally, there were some dents and dings that were discovered on the 3rd party inspection. However, we weren't informed of them until we were signing paperwork. We talked about them with Patrick, and he said that those would also be taken care of. Driving home, the QX60 had a severe rattle. When I got home, my wife informed me that the Q50 had a very severe rattle and shimmy. The next morning, I called Patrick, and he immediately set me up for service on the following Monday morning. My wife and I were frustrated. We bought two cars at once, and less than a day later, they both needed to be back in the shop. Ultimately, the problems were fixed within a few days. I consistently reminded Patrick about the original detailing job, and when I picked them up again, they looked amazing. Additionally, Lawrence from the Service department was fantastic. We spoke several times, and he was incredibly helpful during this process. There were some mechanical issues that were discovered and immediately fixed. Driving them home, they sounded great. If I have one issue that I left the dealership less than happy about, it's the additional fee that was required to fix some of the cosmetic dents and dings. They were found on the 3rd party inspection, but weren't brought to our attention until we were signing paperwork. And in order to be fixed, we were informed it would cost a certain amount of extra money. The amount isn't important. But if we were aware of the cosmetic damage before we signed any paperwork, it certainly would have influenced our decision or determined how much we were willing to pay. Patrick said his hands were tied and we had to come up with some money to offset some of the cost of the repairs. Over such a small amount of money, we just thought it was unfortunate that his hands were tied. We felt as though Garcia Infiniti after delivering two broken, dirty vehicles, could have bit the bullet and absorbed that last little amount. Through all of this, Patrick was very professional, courteous and helpful. Lawrence was very professional, courteous and helpful. I can't stress that enough. Despite the initial hiccups in the buying process, they simply adapted to the problems and fixed them. I understand that problems happen. However, the way they handled them is why my wife and I will continue to drive Infinitis. With the problems we experienced, we could have easily left with a bed impression. That definitely wasn't the case. My wife and I would like to thank Patrick and Lawrence. They did and excellent job in an unusual situation, and ultimately, we got the cars we wanted in great condition, which is what counts. Again, Thanks! We look forward to seeing you again soon. More

One of Garcia's team of truly wonderful sales people, Patrick Hornef, has worked with us on at least four of these vehicles. Patrick is amazingly knowledgeable about not only Infiniti's impressive line of vehicles, but of the main competitors' vehicles that we were also contemplating, whether favorable or unfavorable. That objectivity is a perfect example of the integrity we have experienced at Garcia Infiniti (which must be a hallmark of the Garcia "family" of dealerships because we have shopped at many other Garcia dealerships and observed the same top-notch treatment). As I am sure most people are aware, the Infiniti brand turns out vehicles of superb quality. But, they also appear to be aware of the importance of hiring quality people to advise their customers. One last thing to note, is the service department. They are simply the best. All things considered, I recommend Garcia Infiniti without reservation. More
