Awesome experience!! Everyone we met and talked to was friendly and listened to what we wanted and what we were looking for. The salesperson Ben was very friendly, kind, and helpful. My only problem was the finance person who did my paperwork. He was extremely rude. I had brought my mom and stepdad with me to help me decide on a v My only problem was the finance person who did my paperwork. He was extremely rude. I had brought my mom and stepdad with me to help me decide on a vehicle. I had told him I wanted to wait until December to get the extended warranty. I had told him no 3 separate times that I did not want to get it that day. He told me he knew I was being coached but that I wasn’t spending Mommy and Daddy’s money. He took what was supposed to be an amazing experience and made it horrible. My actual Dad passed away very recently and even if that wasn’t the case, he still was absolutely unprofessional. I finally said yes so that he would stop pushing the issue. Additionally, he lied saying it would only be $9 a month when it was obviously more. If I had not already signed the paperwork, I would have probably gone somewhere else.’ More
