I was extremely satisfied and impressed at Bryan’s low pressure style yet diligence and persistence in locating me my car on short notice in a very competitive Prius market. I was prepared for the stereotypical used car salesman approach but instead was met Inver Grove’s Toyota Team and Bryan’s calm professional and respectful style. Although I was a new customer I was treated with respect and felt like a valued customer. I left feeling assured and confident that it was all going to work out with me driving away in my new Prius LE within 48 hrs. This made my day since I was leaving on a cross country road trip in a few days and I was looking forward to driving my new Prius instead of my old but reliable 2007 Prius.
