When I went to finalize the purchase and pick up the car, they had it cleaned and washed, gassed up ready to go. When I started the car I saw it had 94 miles. I asked for another car that was new, but they refused and said I had negotiated for only that car. But nobody told me it had 94 miles already, and each person claimed they thought the other had told me. Fun and games, so I left immediately. The next evening I bought the same model at another local dealership in a very straightforward deal with no games or surprises. More

Typical Dealer experience I have purchased my 1st car at this dealership less than two weeks now. I was helped by Pat, Tetiana, Jeff and Allen throughout the process. On my financing, Allen helped me through it. Thanks Allen. Its just that I did not fully understand the computation shown to me the night i purchased the car and some additional fees that i missed. He explained it via email but I was advised to visit the dealership instead so they can explain it to me further. Amine explained the computation to me. I also appreciate how quick the responses from the internet sales associates were. Keep up the great work! More

Excellent Experience. This is the first new car I have purchased in over a good number of years of living in the United States and the reason I didn't go for it was primarily because of the extremely unpl purchased in over a good number of years of living in the United States and the reason I didn't go for it was primarily because of the extremely unpleasant sales pitch from the previous dealers i tried to work with in different states. I am not worried about that any more. I found the right place and right people. It all started with the email from Mary with an internet price quote and I called her on the number i got from the email to talk about the quote i got from other dealership without checking what time it was(stupid me). Had a very pleasant conversation, got all the answers for my questions, no BS what so ever. The next afternoon with a followup email from her, walked into the office where I was introduced to a very nice gentleman patrick(already heard about him through relatives) and after that everything went like a breeze. Patrick checked, double checked, triple checked everything for us and made sure everything was perfect at every stage, stayed late along with us while we were waiting to finish the financial stuff and personally handed the keys that evening. Patrick and Mary, Thank you very much for all your help and the extra hrs of your time spent for us. You are the BEST. More
