We have two Mercedes both purchased new at Crown Mercedes and we always ask for Patrick McFarland when our annual services are needed or for any other service needs. When Tampa Mersedese disnt even borther to follow up with me for my service eventhough i got the car free m them and even they told me straight on my face that they do not gove courtsey car for service A where as i just talked to Crown Mercedes and that just fineshed my transaction very smoothly. So from now i will got to Crown for service and even to buy a car. And yes Tampa Mercedes sucks really bad service. More

New Car Delivery - 2017 SLC 300 We received a Winter Event letter from Wes Harris on our 2014 SLK 250 encouraging us to trade in early on our lease for a new 2017 SLC 300. Our sal We received a Winter Event letter from Wes Harris on our 2014 SLK 250 encouraging us to trade in early on our lease for a new 2017 SLC 300. Our salesperson, Helena Bergen was very helpful in helping us select the right car. We were looking for Indium Grey, but we ended up with a dealer locate on Diamond White Metallic. We took delivery on Christmas Eve and the car looked fantastic! Helena had everything coordinated at time of install. Jessica Scarboro handled the lease paperwork quickly, and Tony (delivery concierge) was very helpful getting us acquainted with the new features on the SLC 300, and Apple CarPlay. We are very happy with the SLC 300! More
