Zoltan was the best. He was very patient and allowed me time to make the best decision. He followed through on every promise and went above and beyond with service. Everybody from Joseph in finance and Pat time to make the best decision. He followed through on every promise and went above and beyond with service. Everybody from Joseph in finance and Pat in service answered all questions and friendly. I have never felt so good about purchasing a car. This is the fourth Mercedes I have purchased at Crown Eurocars. When you find a winner you stick with it. At Crown you can expect excellent service and attention to detail that starts as soon as you en Eurocars. When you find a winner you stick with it. At Crown you can expect excellent service and attention to detail that starts as soon as you enter the showroom. Dave Siskin has handled all of my sales transactions for me at Crown. I keep returning to Dave because he is fair, knows how to meet my needs, and puts together deals that leave me smiling. After the sale I can still call on Dave with questions about my car, he is always there for me. Additionally, I only bring my car to Crown for service. I get a dedicated service advisor that knows me and my car. Sometimes I wait while service is performed, other times I use a loaner car. I only trust my car to trained professional techs. Whenever I think new car I immediately think of Crown, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Stick with a winner. More

Patrick McFarland and Crown Eurocars once again have come to my rescue. I had a tire blow out and a damaged rim as a result of something that rolled into my path while driving home. I messaged Patrick the ne to my rescue. I had a tire blow out and a damaged rim as a result of something that rolled into my path while driving home. I messaged Patrick the next morning and when I arrived at Crown at 7:05 am, Patrick had already made arrangements for me to have a loaner vehicle and he took possession of my car so I was able to make it to work on time. Paul was the gentleman who assisted me with the loaner car. He made sure I understood all that I needed to know to operate the vehicle. He was patient and made me feel comfortable to drive off in a beautiful new car. I was in and out of the dealership in less than 10 minutes. I am always greeted with the utmost care upon my arrival to my departure. More
