WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! Don't waste your time buying a vehicle there. The general manager named Alex doesn't give a xxxx. The assistant store manager, Austin is useless. Going on 3 months later and they've failed to submit the paperwork for the title of the new vehicle I purchased. They are so unorganized they don't even know what vehicles they have on their lot. Drove 2 hours to find out the vehicle I was told was there 3 times had been totaled 3 days prior to my arrival. The only thing this dealership is good at is making excuses. I will never be back and I hope you make the smart decision to never purchase for Gurnee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. TALK ABOUT BAD BUSINESS!!!! More

This dealership is what gives car salesmen a bad name. . The “sale” price shown on their website is total garbage. After the test drive, you are asked if you are going to purchase any of the expensive dealership add ons and if you say no, that is when you are shown the true price which is thousands higher than the “sale“ price on the website. Gurnee Chrysler, I walked out when they wouldn't honor their web site sale price. Jeep, Dodge, Ram dealership wins the deceptive advertising award of the year. Avoid at all costs. BTW, I ended up buying a new Ram from another dealer who was more ethical and honored the sales price on their website. More

Just bought my 4TH car from Gurnee CDJR. The sales Dept. is the Best in the Lake County Area. Had a small issue with my 2023 Dodge and Doug in service was Very helpful with my problem. Just bought my 3rd car from Gurnee CDJR, it is a bit of a drive past my local CDJR dealers but well worth it. Always a big selection of new and used cars but best of all, upfront pricing, (which they honor) drive past my local CDJR dealers but well worth it. (others wont step up) I am a real customer, bought from Angel in the past, this time from his brother Santiago, both know the product well. Honestly make a point of checking them out, I think you will be pleased. Last purchase 2022 Chrysler 300s, couldn't be happier. More

My Truck has been in the service center since June 15, 2022. I was promised to have my truck complete by July 7th before my vacation. Mind you they worked on my truck for the same issue and obviously di 2022. I was promised to have my truck complete by July 7th before my vacation. If he would have told me a week early the parts were not going to be in i would have canceled my vacation and i would have been at least refunded my stay. then i was promised that the parts will be in July 11th. then i was promised July 29th. As of today as i am writing this review, i still don't have my truck, even though they have the parts and have had them for several weeks. more management! More
