Customer Service Excellence!! It has been 14 since I last purchased a vehicle here in Anchorage, so of course I assumed it was going to be an exasperating event. This could not ha It has been 14 since I last purchased a vehicle here in Anchorage, so of course I assumed it was going to be an exasperating event. This could not have been further from the truth. My husband, Jason Bohall, is a service tech at Lithia, and was able to set me up with Matt Ragle, who over the phone worked with me to get credit application information going before even getting to the dealership. The day before Jason and I came in, I was able to peruse the Lithia website and look at their inventory. Having a seamless website, high quality images and a plethora of information on each vehicle, was very helpful to make the visit to the dealership time well spent. We met with Troy Ansley as soon as we arrived, and armed with the information we found on the website, were able to pinpoint the two vehicles I was most interested in. Troy was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. When there was a feature I didn't understand or a question I asked, he did not make me feel like a burden. Once the test drives were done, he politely excused himself so that my husband and I could convene about the top two choices. Once a decision was made, I was able to sit down with Troy and Matt and complete all of the necessary paperwork to make the 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk (in Omaha Orange) my very own. Completing the final paperwork with Patrick Osbon went from what looked like an overwhelmingly mountainous stack of paperwork to a small anthill because he was so courteous - Patrick explained each document thoroughly and made sure that all T's were crossed and I's were dotted. While that was happening, Ryan Loomis wasn't just detailing it, he was making magic happen with the vehicle - and when it was finally time to walk outside and take the new member of the family home, it was shining like it was brand new. I couldn't have asked for a better experience - and I couldn't be happier with my Renegade. I will be driving to California at the beginning of October, and it's nice to have piece of mind knowing my drive will be a lot safer in this vehicle. Custom order purple Jeep! I went in to the Jeep dealership intending on ordering a custom made Jeep. Patrick Osbon greeted us and we talked about what I was looking for in a Jeep. I wanted a Jeep Wrangler XJ because I could get it in "Purple"! Patric showed me a Jeep on the lot that was like the one I ordered. After about 5 weeks my purple Jeep came in and I am so happy! Everybody at the dealership was excited for my custom purple Jeep. Changing Oil My wife and I were in the service department getting our oil changed, cause we have the lifetime oil change there, and we were looking around and seen My wife and I were in the service department getting our oil changed, cause we have the lifetime oil change there, and we were looking around and seen the 2017 Dodge 1500 RAM Sport in the lobby. We thought it was nice but weren't looking to buy. Patrick Osbon friendly and courteous got us to buy that vehicle cause he gave us the payments we wanted and the extras we required in order to buy it. Even though it seem like we were there for a long time, he made us feel comfortable and even bought us drinks while we waited for everything to go through. I will always buy my vehicles from this place and this place only. We are big Dodge fans and especially after the service he gave us More

I was ready to argue I had issues from my dodge from when I bought it, I could not take it to the dealer I bought it from and took it to another one in the next city of Wa I had issues from my dodge from when I bought it, I could not take it to the dealer I bought it from and took it to another one in the next city of Wasilla. My problems were, gas cap leak, tire pressure lights, engine mount loose, the under plastics on the front left and right tires. first Wasilla told me that I did not know how to put gas in a tank and was over filling it, then told me I didn't know how to put a gas cap on, that they would replace the gas cap only once form miss use. then That the tire pressure gauge were gone that even though the truck was brand new when I bought it and the same rims and tires are still on the truck that they could not replace them. SO all in all, Wasilla didn't fix anything and made fill stupid and told me to take it to the dealer I bought it from( even though it was the same owner Lithia), Then I stopped in the another dealership to buy new tire to be put on my truck and the pieces for my brake controller I was going to install. This dealer sold me all of this, but didn't tell me that I need to have it programmed. So I had to take my truck back to Anchorage Lithia. SO I show up to Lithia Anchorage and talked to Patrick the salesman(Which Is Awesome and has done everything he could for me and my guys that have bought trucks from him) and Patrick told me to talk to Tony in service, tony listen to me and found that it was my tank that had a leak not the gas cap of me over filling it and he replaced my tire sensors for free and programmed my brake controller All while I was aggressive, he dealt with me very well and around 4 he told me it was done, I paid only 50 for the brake controller to be programmed and I will need a new tank when I get to Kansas( He would have ordered one for me but I am moving this weekend). So I leave and get to my house, and start looking for the tire pressure screen, well I could not find it and called VERY UPSET with Tony and told m=him he just erased it and was going off on him and his bosses. They kept their v=cool and told me they didn't do that Tat please to come in that they would look it over. Well After looking more I to the screen, Well I guess it moved once we programmed the brake controller. All in all Anchorage fixed all my problems, dealt with my attitude very well and should be commended on their professionalism. I feel Bad how I was so mean to anchorage and they was nothing but nice and fixed everything for me they could at the short notice and gave me everything I need for the tank in Kansas.. More
