Excellent experience, the best customer service in Alaska. We searched all over from Anchorage to the valley to Fairbanks. I had not driven Manual in a very long time. That didn’t phase Marcos at Alaska. We searched all over from Anchorage to the valley to Fairbanks. I had not driven Manual in a very long time. That didn’t phase Marcos at all. He was excited to give me a refresher lesson while I test drove the 2015 Jeep Wrangler. That experience alone is the reason we stayed to try and make a deal. He continued to work hard to earn our business and ultimately we were able to get it done. I have never in my car buying life had such a awesome experience. Usually it’s miserable and frustrating but Marcos did everything he could to make it relaxing and enjoyable. We were also impressed with how appreciative Patrick was of our business. As we were leaving the dealership he ran out to shake my hand and say thank you and called the next day to ask how everything was going and to say thank you again. Just an outright perfect experience. More
