Good afternoon. Your satisfaction is very important to us and I'm surprised to see this feedback. Although quality automotive repair is at times expensive, we do price shop not only other dealers but also independents and have not found our pricing to be out of line, despite higher skilled and trained technicians and the use of higher quality, factory parts. That said, I'd love the opportunity to validate your visit and review the scope of work performed so that we can see if there is anything that needs to be looked at more closely. I don't see any clients in our database with this name above, so if you could give me your invoice # (located in the upper right hand corner of your receipt) I'd be happy to look into this.
