Patrick worked with me on the details of the deal and helped a lot. And when the software had “technical difficulties” he made sure I left the lot with a fully functioning new vehicle, so kudos! I didn’t like the final paperwork part. It was rushed; and I needed to complete the registration in my home state due to needing veteran plates, while avoiding any unnecessary fees. I could go on about “conveyance fees” and “document fees” (for example, why should a person have to pay an extra $155 for document processing if one was already charged a $699 document/conveyance fee? Especially when one could register in one’s home state and avoid any overcharges and fees). I was disappointed that Jamal didn't follow up with me like he said he would about my registering in my home state. However, I have a quality vehicle and I think, well according to my wife, I can call this a win for me and for Hoffman. More

Extra fees, high interest, no communication I'm live in NYC. Purchased a vehicle at this dealer. Make sure you have your own loan before coming here. When I returned to NYC noticed color on registration was different. Left message to salespeople and he never returned my call. A week later receptionist called and asked if I was still interested in buying a car. Told her to talk to her staff. More
