Efficient Service in Emergency Situation Had a flat that required a new tire. Notified Bozard at around 10:00 AM and had an appointment set for 1:00 PM, same day. Got the tire changed out (could not be repaired) and an oil change. Was out of there by 2:00 PM. Can't get better than that, in my opinion. Even if we didn't make any deal I would still post a review like this just because the way they treat you and how honest this guys are. We now have more space in our New 2018 Ford Explorer.
