No Pressure, Great Experience I went to Bozard Ford to purchase my Tacoma and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car from a dealership. Th I went to Bozard Ford to purchase my Tacoma and I have to say this was the most pleasant experience I have had purchasing a car from a dealership. There was no pressure whatsoever by Patrick and he was willing to cater to all my requests. He had no objections to letting me test out the 4X4 system, he gladly brought out a rag so I could check the oil and he even offered to let me take the truck for a test drive on my own. When I had some additional questions about the Tacoma, I was fortunate enough to have the previous owner working there (Erik Shipley). Erik was great at answering all the questions I had and he gave me the explanation of the minor accident he was involved in with the truck. He told me about the servicing records, the CPO warranty attached with it and some of the features it had that I overlooked. I was really lucky to be able to speak with the previous owner about the vehicle and know I was getting the honest answers. After negotiations were finished, Erik was really helpful with the financing and paperwork side of things and he did not try and pressure me into getting an extended warranty; he basically just made it known that it was available and gave his personal opinions on it and that was it. When we were negotiating price, Tom came and we finalized the price. We had done the majority of negotiating over the phone prior to the test drive and both he and Patrick knew I was looking at an identical model and year with 2,000 less miles at another dealership. With that being known I didn't think I would be able to get much better price on the Tacoma but of course I had to make on last attempt. He claimed he was at the lowest price he could go but I asked for him to throw in some oil changes or seat covers. He was willing to throw that in with the deal to make the sale but I asked instead he lower the price a little more which he complied. All in all I feel I got a great deal, especially for a CPO vehicle and Tom was very fair and professional to negotiate with. Overall I had an excellent experience at Bozard Ford and if I was a local I would definitely consider purchasing another car from them when the time came and I would recommend using the Patrick, Tom and Erik. More
