It took four days for the service department to begin work on my car, when they said the would start on the 1st day. I had to call multiple times to schedule when I was getting my car back. They didn’t f work on my car, when they said the would start on the 1st day. I had to call multiple times to schedule when I was getting my car back. They didn’t fix/ address one of the issues. Amazing customer service! I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months. While that is never a good thing, the guys that work there make it a very easy I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months.
