It took four days for the service department to begin work on my car, when they said the would start on the 1st day. I had to call multiple times to schedule when I was getting my car back. They didn’t f work on my car, when they said the would start on the 1st day. I had to call multiple times to schedule when I was getting my car back. They didn’t fix/ address one of the issues. No description or explanation on the issues with the car. Horrible service More

Amazing customer service! I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months. While that is never a good thing, the guys that work there make it a very easy I’ve had to have my 2018 F150 in the shop 5 times in the past 2 months. While that is never a good thing, the guys that work there make it a very easy process. PJ, Robert, and Carlos are truly a class act! They made sure I had a rental car or even offered to drive me home and pick me up! I have never had any other dealership offer that kind of service! Bill Kay Ford will ALWAYS have my business!
