After having the best experience here at Capital with every employee we encountered, we decided to make the 4Runner our choice. On the top of that exceptional experience is Patrick Shadrick. Patrick was OUTSTANDING with both his help and knowledge and made us feel like we were part of the family before we signed any paperwork. He went out of his way to make sure we knew all we needed to before and after making our final choice with no "pressure" to buy (which we liked).
