I have not purchased a car from a dealership in over twenty years so I was feeling quite nervous about how the whole purchase, sales tax, registration and all worked. This conversation put me in a much more relaxed place and I was more able to focus on the options available to me. Patrick explained the pros and cons of leasing vs buying. He took my situation into account and with his professionalism, helped me purchase a CR-V. I could not be anymore pleased or excited about my "new" car. I told Patrick sisk that I had narrowed my choice to 3 different cars only 1 was a Honda. Despite the possiblity he may not have a sale, he spent a lot of time with me and my father going over all the mo different cars only 1 was a Honda. Patrick went way out of the way to get the specific vehicle (manual transmission with multiple options) I was considering, even though I had not yet committed to buying a Honda. He gave me multiple opportunities to drive the vehicle over 2+ months while I anguished whether I wanted that vehicle or a Nissan model. After the purchase he has followed up on numerous occasions to ensure that I'm happy with the vehicle and with the service I've received at the dealership (during a couple minor warrenty service issues). He has taken it upon himself to monitor the progress while my car was being serviced and has even offered to transport me to or from the dealership while I was waiting for my car to be finished. He listened to what I wanted in a car and he gave me many options. I never felt pressured nor did I feel I had to buy a car that day, although the option was given to me. I did not find a car on the lot that day I wanted to purchase, so patrick offered to have one brought to the dealership that same day. When we came to the dealership Patrick didn’t have us dancing around before we had a set of keys and were looking around the cars. He was able to explain all the features and anticipated the things that would be on interest or importance. We felt like Patrick was working for us and not the dealer. He took the time to understand our situation, why we were looking, and made every effort to help us with our purchase. My wife and I had looked at several other dealerships and in the end we had decided to purchase with Patrick based on the experience we had with him. Several dealers look at who is buying the car and neglect the other person (spouse) but Patrick always included my wife. When I came in several days later to get my registration and sticker, he had me at the front of the line. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. It was a nice touch that he saw me coming in and met me at the door. He has called me several times to make sure the car is everything I expected it to be, and to answer any questions.
