Patsy Desmuke helped us select and buy our new Toyota Highlander. She was very honest about the current supply situation but ensured us we would pay MSRP, nothing more. She spent much time with us sele Highlander. She was very honest about the current supply situation but ensured us we would pay MSRP, nothing more. She spent much time with us selecting a model (XLE) and options. She took us to see another Highlander on the lot to show us the interior and introduce us to the controls. Her communication and follow-up during the entire process was outstanding. She spent SIGNIFICANT time with us on delivery teaching us the controls and setting up options. We highly recommend Patsy and Bredemann Toyota. More
