Micah – I apologize for the cleanliness of the vehicle. Typically when a vehicle is detailed for delivery, we review it prior to the customer getting here. I’m not sure why it slipped through. I am a little surprised as you called and spoke to Marc prior to your google review. He apologized, you wrote the google review, Marc again reached out to you, let you know we could reclean your vehicle, you again expressed your frustration, scheduled with us to re-clean your vehicle Monday and then a couple hours later wrote another review on BlueJay reviews and again on DealerRater. Regarding the fuel, our policy is to make sure it has ¼ to ½ tank of fuel. Your tank was about ¼ full. I’m not aware of any dealer that tops of their used vehicles with fuel. Many new car franchises do not do this either with their new vehicle sales. Like Marc, I wish you the best and we will see you Monday when we re-clean your vehicle. Devin Wissler

A Happy Customer Found the car I was looking for on line in March. Unfortunately, Gov. Wolfe closed the State due to Covid 19. Your Agency agreed to hold the car for me until I was able to travel from NY to purchase it, the beginning of June. The service and car exceeded my expectations. Patti Hershey and Ashley Hiestand were professional and very pleasant. I felt that they both cared about the customer's experience. This dealership was my best experience, having now purchased my eleventh Jeep. I have previously purchased Jeeps in the area. I also used to travel with my dad from Wilkes Barre who purchased his cars in the area and so I always look here first. More
