No one ever answers the phone in the Service Dept . I had t! It took over 9 hours for Service B to be completed on my car. When I questioned that they said they were behind from the day before. As I said , this It took over 9 hours for Service B to be completed on my car. When I questioned that they said they were behind from the day before. As I said , this is my 5 th Mercedes and I have never had this problem with making an appointment or taking that long for service to be completed. I had to call numerous times before anyone answered the phone, I left a message and never was called back for an appointment, You should have someone answering the phone on every call. Or saying hold please and coming right back More
