DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FAULKNER INFINITI OF WILLOW GROVE! We had to get Infiniti Consumer Affairs involved to get our certified preowned Q60 repaired that FAULKNER INFINITI of Willow Grove sold us! We GROVE! We had to get Infiniti Consumer Affairs involved to get our certified preowned Q60 repaired that FAULKNER INFINITI of Willow Grove sold us! We bought a "certified preowned" Q60 about 1 month ago. After a couple of days of driving, my husband noticed a vibration on the highway and the soonest appointment we could get was at another Infiniti dealer. The techs noticed that both of the front rims were bent and one of the undercarriage covers was half missing, however, there was no damage to the tires, indicating to the techs that the damage to the wheels was caused before the tires got replaced and before we purchased it. In other words, the vehicle was sold as "certified" with bent wheels and replaced tires. My husband called FAULKNER INFINITI of Willow Grove and their "solution" was for him to see "some guy," a random mechanic who's a friend of the manager, to straighten the wheels at my husband's cost. We then contacted Infiniti Consumer Affairs for a more sensible solution. Infiniti Consumer Affairs handled it as you would expect from a luxury car manufacturer - with courtesy, respect, integrity, and thoroughness. The person from Consumer Affairs who handled the claim, through due diligence, resolved the issue to get the wheels replaced, which is the proper course of action on a certified pre-owned Infiniti. The car will receive two new front wheels, no thanks to FAULKNER Infiniti of Willow Grove. As a family, we will continue to buy Inifinitis (and Nissans) going forward, as that is my husband's preference. As often as my husband trades, we will buy another one soon - JUST NOT AT FAULKNER INFINITI OF WILLOW GROVE! A big thank you to the guys at Infiniti in Franklin, Tennessee, and to the folks at Infiniti of Ardmore who are our regular Infiniti dealer who we trust 100%.
