Paul Brown was exceptionally pleasant to deal with, and was very helpful at each stage of the purchase. Allen Turner was willing to address a small issue after the purchase free of charge, we have purchase was very helpful at each stage of the purchase. We recently purchased a vehicle from Allen Turner and could not be more pleased! I worked with Paul Brown throughout the process and he was very responsive in communicating with me during the several day could not be more pleased! This deal was done remotely since we live a couple of hours away, so we did the deal by phone and text. We arrived Saturday morning and the vehicle was ready as promised and exceeded our expectations. Tony with Financing had us in and out pretty quickly with the paperwork signing. We brought our own financing and were not penalized on the price for it, unlike several other dealers I talked to. And finally, a shout out to Dominick as well, the sales manager, who was willing to "think outside the box" to make this deal happen LOL! My wife and I were extremely pleased all the way around and would definitely make the 200-mile trip again if/when we are in the market for something! More

I worked with Paul. Paul was kind and didn't try to push anything on me. When I called the dealership looking for info he was willing to go out to the vehicle and look i Paul was kind and didn't try to push anything on me. When I called the dealership looking for info he was willing to go out to the vehicle and look it over and answer questions I had from the online photos. I was even able to work out a deal over the phone. I made the appointment and arrived a couple of days later. He was patient with us while we looked it over, on the test drive and when we got back to the dealership. Never once did I feel pressured to buy or do anything. The whole experience was really nice. I had my own financing so I can't comment on that part for this purchase. Overall it was the best car buying experience out of the 7 I've had so far. More
