He offered his best price at the very moment our discussions began His offer was nearly $1000 below other dealers and below what I had expected to pay We shook hands an an hour later I drove off the lot. I had been in contact with Paul since the beginning and he was able to find me the specific car I wanted, keep my payments within my budget and even helped us install the crossbars for my carrier.
