The Long Trip Frankly, I must say that I come to Toyota of North Charlotte because the are thorough and they are quick. They are efficient and they are friendly I had a 4,500 mile to take all the way to Mesa, Arizona. I was concerned because my time was not up for a check up but I did not want to start out with some screw loose that would leave me stranded in tornado alley I explained to Lou Simmet (I think I got his name,,,not sure() .and he did not look at me like I was some "fearsome idiot scaredy-cat" but said "we can take care of that." They went over everything in the service department and checked each item off on their list and said I was "100% to go." I had no problem whatsoever all the way to Arizona and back. We missed, or it missed us, the Amarillo tornado that come within 20 miles, an though the black veracious clouds were enough to make you want to say "Oh God get me out of this!" that steady Toyota Corolla LE all fixed up and ready rolled into Amarillo Tx, and that is the way it ran all 4.500 miles...actually 4,600. David did great job to finish the paperwork and he ensured that the car was cleaned from the labels and stayed with us until we left and took the car. I have not stopped raving about our experience at Toyota North Charlotte. Paul and Carl were excellent salesmen, they showed us exactly what we were looking for and were patient and considerate when we aske North Charlotte. Paul and Carl were excellent salesmen, they showed us exactly what we were looking for and were patient and considerate when we asked for 5 keys at one time and still kept looking. They didn't show us anything we weren't interested in and continuously gave their advice and were generous with information. Steve Gregory in sales was great. He did everything he possibly could to not only get us in the cars we wanted, but made sure we were getting the cars we loved for the price we wanted. Chris, our finance manager was also outstanding. They both worked for hours to make sure we were happy. When we sat down to sign papers, David Watts was funny, light, patient, thorough and more than helpful. He made sure we understood what we were signing but didn't expect us to sign paper after paper without actual conversation. I can't say enough good things about all these men. I even asked to speak with Paul Kramer and his assistant Glenda was immediately attentive. The woman working the customer service desk whose name I unfortunately did not catch was more than helpful with my request. Glenda went to find Mr. Kramer as soon as I asked for him and within minutes he was introducing himself to us. He was very polite and personable. It's not easy to find people who don't seem bothered talking to people when they were in the middle of something but we found that with everyone we came in contact with at Toyota North Charlotte was immensely helpful, understanding, kind, and friendly. By our second visit everyone knew our names. I have told everyone I can to go to Toyota for their next car. As for our cars, I got the 2014 Corolla, John got the 2014 Camry. We are both IN LOVE with our cars. We find any excuse we can to drive somewhere now. We love the technology (i.e. the backup camera, touch screen radio, bluetooth capabilities, display) and the fuel efficiency. We got exactly what we wanted and didn't pay more than we could afford. That is in no small part due to Carl, Paul, Steve, Chris, and David, as well as the other people working behind the scenes we didn't have the chance to meet and speak with. We are more than happy with our experience there and the follow up calls and emails we have received just so they can make sure we are happy. I would recommend Toyota North Charlotte to any and everyone. More
