I was lucky meeting Paul Cifaldi, the first person at the door. I call it a blessing. I had no intention to buy just look over the showroom. Paul was not pushy, acted in a friendly manner noticed I drove door. I call it a blessing. I had no intention to buy just look over the showroom. Paul was not pushy, acted in a friendly manner noticed I drove a '99 Avalon. Asked if I had any definite car in mind. He showed me the Camry it's features, sales history and ranking from past years. Asked if I would like to see an Avalon and it's features and after the test drive my interest took over. He was always kind, caring making sure I understood, asking if I had any questions not to hesitate to ask. He was quiet speaking, I noticed some were loud and distracting. Paul worked with me test drove several units. While on the road continued explaining the cars features and reason to consider buying from Dayton. Spoke of the service department, hours open, customers lounge plus it's a family owned business and the nicest people to work with. That really got my interest as I was a partner of a successful family business. I decided to ask pricing of the Avalon and in no time at all and with little back and forth I was assured and happy Dayton was where I would purchase. Saying I wanted to go home and discuss with my wife he fully understood and asked when we could get together again. Gave me his phone numbers and call if we had any questions. The next day the sale was consummated. I highly commend Paul and the manner in which he worked. I hope you never lose him as he is a fine asset to your company. Congratulations for the attractive, clean facility. Toyota must be happy with Dayton Toyota. More

I just want to say how delighted and impressed I was with Paul Cifaldi's professionalism, customer service and patience during my experience at Dayton Toyota. Dayton Toyota has a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Although we were only in the market to buy a used car, we were treated as if we were buying a top of the line 'celeberty' status vehicle atmosphere. Although we were only in the market to buy a used car, we were treated as if we were buying a top of the line 'celeberty' status vehicle. It goes to prove that Dayton Toyota values EVERY customer. Not only did Paul Cifaldi answer all of our questions (and my husband had a lot..lol), we were taken care of in every aspect. For example, we had to wait a bit to have our keys serviced. Paul over heard we missed lunch and that we were gettng hungry. He surprised my husband and I with a plate of food!! This gesture wasn't necessary because the deal was already made, so it was further evidence to us that Paul cared about his customers not just the deal. I had a very pleasant and satisfying experience here. Needless to say, I found my lifetime Dealership. Thank you Paul and everyone at Dayton Toyota!! More

I had purchased a used car a 2005 Camry from Dayton Toyota on 9/22/12 and it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I lost the car to Sandy. I was extremely happy with the work of Paul Cifaldi then, so Toyota on 9/22/12 and it was perfect for me. Unfortunately, I lost the car to Sandy. I was extremely happy with the work of Paul Cifaldi then, so I contacted him for a replacement car. He was extremely patient during my claims process while searching for possible replacement vehicles. I was in yesterday and after numerous test drives and discussions , purchased a 2010 Camry from Paul. He worked very hard on this and got me a car that suits my needs. While it was a little more than I had hoped to spend, I believe the deal we settled upon was a great value. Paul and an associate went so far as to drive the car to my work address as I had a rental I could not return close to your dealership. While I hope I will not need another car for a few years at least, my daughter may in a year or two and I will not hesitate to bring her in to your dealership and Paul. I will also steer my associates your way if they are looking for a Toyota. More
