Feels like cheated by dealer I had bought my Toyota Avelon from Dayton toyota in March,2015. To be fair, It was my worst experience I ever had. It has been almost six month and I did not received my key yet. All you get from this is miscommunication And promises they don't keep. The absolute worst car buying experience!! More

Wonderful Experience I recently leased my second car from Dayton Toyota this past weekend. I drove up from out of state after they went through the trouble of helping me I recently leased my second car from Dayton Toyota this past weekend. I drove up from out of state after they went through the trouble of helping me make the deal over the phone. When I got there, they had the car and paperwork ready. Even when insurance started taking longer than expected, everyone was patient and was there almost 45 minutes after they closed to help me finish the deal. Everyone there was friendly and great to work with. They never pressured me into anything I didn't want and I feel that I got a great deal. Paul Cifaldi was the salesman who helped us and he took the time to set the clock in the car, as well as setting up the radio and bluetooth. The car was fully set up and ready for me by the time I drove it off the lot. I could not have had a better experience and look forward to returning to them for future cars. More

I would recommend Paul to friends interested in Toyota or Scion. Met with Omar Garcia in the finance dept. who was friendly and explained warranty and extended care options and was also low pressure. Overall, I was in and out with new car in less than 3 hours. More
