I've been in the business and with Conicelli Toyota since 2020. Originally from Broomall, PA, now living in Springfield, Delco. My wife, 2 daughters and I happily moved back to the area from San Diego in 2020. My kids are in the Springfield School District I'm a musician and play in a band with 3 of my brothers and my dad. My favorite car I ever owned was a 1990 Toyota Celica. I come from the hospitality industry and enjoy helping people. My first time experience at Conicelli Toyota Dealership in Springfield was so wonderful I bought a car. I knew before I walked through the doors that my time and money which are both extremely important wo in Springfield was so wonderful I bought a car. The used Toyota I was interested in purchasing had a couple of items that the service department needed to attend to. Paul had service immediately fix the two items I was concerned with and had my SUV a couple of items that the service department needed to attend to. Paul had service immediately fix the two items I was concerned with and had my SUV appraised at the same time. I drove home the same day with the Toyota I was extremely interested in purchasing. Paul made the transition from my old SUV to my current SUV easily. Paul was professional, very helpful, and pleasantly funny. The finance department was just as informative and pleasant as Paul. I leased my first car here 3 years ago and the process for my trade in this year was just as easy as my first purchase in 2020. The staff have remained as professional and helpful as day 1 and always make for my trade in this year was just as easy as my first purchase in 2020. This week I had the pleasure of working with Tyler, Magnus, Paul, and Ayah, all of which were extremely knowledgeable and patient. The location had a child play room available where I was able to keep my 2 year old niece busy while the team worked out numbers and options for me. The overall experience was easy and stress free!
