After agreeing on the price I checked another dealer and was told Capo's low price could not be matched. Steve was honest, clear, not pushy, and the process was so much easier than I expected. He also spent a lot of time after I purchased the car going through all of its features and making sure I knew how to use them. I also worked with Paul Clark from finance and chatted a bit with Richard McAllister. Everyone was really friendly and nice. Not to mentioned I love the complimentary Starbucks coffee/tea/hot chocolate. I would highly recommend Capo VW! More

Excellent Experience at a car dealership........yep After driving all of the Japanese models in this class, and visiting their respective dealerships, we almost stopped our car search because of hidden After driving all of the Japanese models in this class, and visiting their respective dealerships, we almost stopped our car search because of hidden costs, horrible service, and quite frankly, much less appealing products, etc. Based on a recommendation, we visited Capo VW and left with a 2017 Tiguan. The price was lower than the CRV and Rav4 with similar equipment, but after driving the Tiguan, we quickly noticed that the quality of the build was far superior. The buying experience was easy, no pressure, tons of information provided about our purchase. The atmosphere at the dealership is relaxed and the sales people seemed relaxed as well, which was not experienced at any of the dealerships we visited earlier. We dealt with the General Sales Manager, Nick Colucci, and our sales person was Steven Skinner, both great guys. Easy to work with and again, no pressure. The dreaded meeting with Finance department turned out to be a very quick and painless experience - no pressure, relaxed atmosphere. No problem at all recommending this dealership. More

Great Used Vehicle Purchase Experience. Steven Skinner helped us with a 2014 Jetta 2.0L S I had inquired about via the website and was quick to respond. I let him know we were coming from 1 1/2 hours away and that I wanted to sort out as many of the purchase details as possible before driving down and he quickly enabled me to submit a credit application and get us started. I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell us into something we didn't want. (No Pressure) During the test drive he answered my questions but he also allowed me to focus on driving the car and let the car sell itself. He showed us some of the car's features and was very friendly throughout. Paul Clark in financing got us through the paperwork very quickly and also without any high pressure to purchase options we didn't want. (Thank you Paul.) Steve Skinner and the team (Nick Colucci & Miles Brandon) updated me along the way with any info they had. As the arrival date got closer random delays (caused by issues out of Capo VW's control) kept popping up they were updating me daily with whatever info they came across. They were definitely looking out for me and were as excited for me to get my car as I think I was. Paul Clark in finance was great too as he was able to get me a very low rate on my purchase. Overall I can't recommend this team enough, and the icing on the cake was they were one of the few dealers in all of Southern California that weren't charging mark ups on this hard to get car.
