Gregory was very friendly and attentive however, he couldn’t answer some of my questions correctly. And wasn’t understanding what I was looking for in terms of negotiations. He did have the wherewithal couldn’t answer some of my questions correctly. And wasn’t understanding what I was looking for in terms of negotiations. He did have the wherewithal to bring Paul into it who clearly explained why the numbers are what they are and worked with us on a way to get us in the car I wanted at a price we found reasonable. Not trying to say anything negative about Gregory but he could use some more tutelage about what is possible on leases in order to help get customer closer to the numbers they are looking for. It will only help you all in the long run. More
