Great I was taken care of upon arrival by Steven and was given a loaner car (nice one) and on my way within 45 minutes with a cup of coffee. When I got bac I was taken care of upon arrival by Steven and was given a loaner car (nice one) and on my way within 45 minutes with a cup of coffee. When I got back Steve took care of my returned car and my bill. However, after I got home one of my sensors was not activated by the serviceman and I had to call Steve right back. Steve walked me through the process and I got my sensor activated within minutes. I do not understand all of the functions of this car because I only put about 5000 miles a year on the car. Overall, I was taken care by Steve and he apologized to me and thanked me for using Lexus of Henderson. That is very important to me as a customer. Great customer service. Bob More
