I arrived at the dealership roughly 10 minutes after my appointment time. I was told that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours. It ended up being 2. I was told that if they didn't have the filter it could take 2 hou appointment time. I was told that it would be 2.5 to 3 hours. It ended up being 2. I was told that if they didn't have the filter it could take 2 hours to get it. I asked why if they knew about the appointment for about a week. I was told that they can't order the oil filter until I get there, which didn't make much sense to me. More

Your dealership has horrible phone service bc when I call no one ever answers the phone neither does the service manager!!!!! It's came a long way for a while I was considering switching to another dealership because the customer service was poor and felt very unorganized but now that has improved drastically my only complai switching to another dealership because the customer service was poor and felt very unorganized but now that has improved drastically my only complaint is that I feel like I'm constantly being upsold to for services that are really not necessary More
