First time Lincoln buyers. Paul was the best salesman we’ve ever done business with. Courteous, reliable, knowledgeable, funny and a pleasure to work with. The service center does a great job getting my vehicle repaired but your interface between the customer’s data entry and the shop is terrible. For example, I requested a loaner car. I entered my insurance repaired but your interface between the customer’s data entry and the shop is terrible. For example, I requested a loaner car. I entered my insurance information into your system. But when I when I dropped off my car and picked up the loaner, none of what I entered was there. Sounds like there is 2 systems that don’t synchronize between each other. This upsets the customer and makes us wonder how great the service will be. A definite black eye for your dealership. More

I negotiated with Paul Duffield for two days by phone, and the deal was finally struck between his boss Jeff and myself.
