A sales rep is ready to help once you hit the lot. I went for a new 2025 Outback. After purchase I found the front seats did not work with my back. Had to sit on cushions. After 1 year and 11,000 I went for a new 2025 Outback. After purchase I found the front seats did not work with my back. Had to sit on cushions. After 1 year and 11,000 miles I grew tired of all the AI cameras making noise and the uncomfortable narrow seats. Returned the car for an older Acura MDX trade in. This car is extremely comfortable. LOVE IT ! Funny thing is I already own 2 Acuras. Bought for daughters and never drove them. Outback was a comfortable ride when back and butt were not hurting. More
