Bill Olsen was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly and seemed to be a person of integrity. He treated me with respect, and as a woman I appreciated that. The two negatives during our experience so far: the car was not ready at our agreed upon pick up time because someone did not get it through the final inspection to have it certified. This means another trip back to the dealership; a real hassle for me as I live out of town. Second, we were not happy with our interaction with Paul the finance guy. Old school slick sales type who wouldn’t take no for an answer, was condescending, and when we declined any additional warranties, was downright curt after that. NOT a pleasant experience. Too bad, because Bill was just the opposite. More
