Bill Olsen was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly and seemed to be a person of integrity. He treated me with respect, and as a woman I appreciated that. The two negatives during our experience so far: the car was not ready at our agreed upon pick up time because someone did not get it through the final inspection to have it certified. This means another trip back to the dealership; a real hassle for me as I live out of town. Second, we were not happy with our interaction with Paul the finance guy. Old school slick sales type who wouldn’t take no for an answer, was condescending, and when we declined any additional warranties, was downright curt after that. NOT a pleasant experience. Too bad, because Bill was just the opposite. More

Is Nick K. the new class of super fabulous, up-and-coming sales consultants? It would seem so. Nick has been kind, considerate, patient, informative, available ... I could go on, further; but I'll finish by noting that at no time has there been any pressure. Nick has been laser focused on understanding my needs and finding a vehicle that fills those requiement. The icing on that cake has been his fun, easy-going demeanor. Even a snafu in finance terms, caused by his coworker, didn't phase Nick; and then I got to experience the excellent team at Bloomington Subaru that backstops Nick. Much thanks to everyone at Bloomington Subaru. Please note that Nick Kreuer is not listed, below, in tha Sales Dept. list; but he earned 6 stars, out of 5, regardless. Seriously! More
