I stopped in a few months prior to check it out and then recently came in for a test drive and ultimately purchased an XC90. Paul was very honest when comparing models and gave great insight given the parameters I set out. He was also in demand with other customers wanting to see him, which was a testament to his professionalism and excellent customer service. Dealing with Paul Heiser I have been dealing with Paul Heiser for over 10 years. This was the third Pre Owned Certified vehicle that I have purchased from Keystone & Paul. Ea I have been dealing with Paul Heiser for over 10 years. This was the third Pre Owned Certified vehicle that I have purchased from Keystone & Paul. Earlier this year, when I was in the Doylestown area, I stopped by & looked up Paul. Told him I was in the market for another Pre Owned XC70 and would contact him when I had more time. He acknowledged my intent & said he would be available when I was ready to shop. I contacted him a month ago, told him what I had in mind - price, vintage, mileage and that I usually keep my vehicles until they have 230,000+ miles. He showed me what he (Keystone) had and a few days later I had another XC70 within my parameters. I don't expect this to be my last purchase from Paul. I also have to say that I that I have a high regard for the technicians manning the phones in the Service Department at Doylestown.
