I stopped in to take a look at a used 2012 volvo. After a test drive, I was back two days later to purchase it. It just arrived to the lot when I stopped in, but the entire process was perfect. The car was fairly priced and they gave me a reasonable price for my trade it. They explained to me their justification for the price that was offered. Paul was very friendly and knowledgeable. This is my third Volvo purchase over the past 22 years and Paul’s knowledge of my old car (2001 S60) allowed him to quickly supply clear, understandable comparisons to this new vehicle (2013 S60). I felt very comfortable operating all the new controls before I even left the lot. I would also like to compliment the efforts of Finance Manager Rob Stein and Office Manager Dianna Downey. The paperwork portion went very smooth and they also were quite helpful with investigating/advising me on a couple of additional PA DMV issues I needed to resolve.
