Paul went above and beyond to make sure my daughter was comfortable with the vehicle and answered all of our many questions. He never made us feel rushed or pressured us to buy anything. He has great customer service skills, and if he isn't a manager...HE SHOULD BE!! Sharon was also a pleasure to work with, and made financing less scary for a 20 year old financing her first vehicle. She explained the process and answered all my daughter's questions to her satisfaction. You have an amazing team of people, and they have made lifetime customers of my family (and I have twins who will be driving one day!) Thank you again for providing such amazing customer service, attention to detail and good deals...and for retaining such quality employees!! We will be back to trade in our Dodge van soon! More

When I got to Doug Justus Auto I met Paul Honebrink and gave him my budget along with my car preferences. Paul showed me my best option which happened to be my #1 choice from their web site. I was also interested in a more expensive car which he advised would put me over my budget once taxes in NC were included. And he pointed out some flaws on the car. Seriously, he encouraged me,to buy the less expensive car. When has a car salesman ever done that? The dealership was very accommodating and helpful. I have already suggested them to friends. This is the way car buying should be. More

I did not feel pressured, no one tried to convince me to buy a particular model, no one hovering over me, and they let me look at the car and check out all features until I was convinced it was good for me. Like many, I hate and dread the negotiations and financial advisors convincing you to get their finance. No such thing with Paul. He was upfront, honest, took care of a request I made, shared important information with me about my car and the paperwork with him was my best experience ever compared to all my car buying experiences. He completed all the formalities in 20 mins!!!!! I have never been so happy after buying a car. I interacted with Mike briefly and that was enough for me to understand why he and Paul are rated so high by many. More

You look at the cars that you want to look at and, if you want to, you can walk away to think things over. No pressure. One of the things I like best is that the wear isn't hidden. These are used vehicles and Doug Justus doesn't use duct tape to make them look better than they are. And it shows in the prices too. The well worn car is going to have a lower sticker price. Which, in turn, makes getting your loan approved so much easier. And finally, when we did a trade-in... they didn't just jack up the price to balance out the trade in!! Basically, I trust them and every time I've bought elsewhere, it was a mistake. More
