My experience on 10-25-22 was pretty great. I test drove 3 different cars. The sales manager ended up getting me a pretty decent deal on a car that I test drove and I loved it in the end. I was able to obtain a Toyota Sienna in about a month while it was hard to obtain elsewhere. Our sales guy - Jonathan G was very helpful! I transacted the entire sale over the phone and the car was deliv while it was hard to obtain elsewhere. Our sales guy - Jonathan G was very helpful! I transacted the entire sale over the phone and the car was delivered to my house and Paul J did a great job at teaching us about the car. There was no negotiation as Jonathan told me upfront that the Sienna was going to be $4000 over invoice. I agreed to it, as we wanted the van. The only issue I had was that when the car was finally going to be delivered, I learned that the dealership tacked-on another $2000 of fees that were optional / pure profit. Basically take it or they would sell to someone else. They told me that if i bought another car, they would not charge me most of those fees on the 2nd purchase. Since these cars are currently hard to come by and we waited over a month, we did not really have a choice. Other then the approx $8000 markup over invoice including some unneeded add on's, we are very happy with the purchase. More
