Loyalty is dead When you are loyal to a dealership, you expect loyalty back from them! Not so with this dealership, as they would string you up to dry while pretendin When you are loyal to a dealership, you expect loyalty back from them! Not so with this dealership, as they would string you up to dry while pretending to be your best friend. They act "nice" but are actually "snakes" to give you the worst deal. That is a summary of my experience on 07/09/2020 when trading in my 2018 Rav-4 for a 2020 Camry. They kept passing me between themselves - in a futile bid to make it look as if they had a difficult time getting finance for my purchase - in the process racking up several hard inquiries on my credit. In the end, 6 hours after I came in, they secured me a very bad deal $150 more than I was previously paying and for a further 75 months hence - a slave contract. Even when I said I was not proceeding any more with the contract, preferring to return home with my Rav-4, they hoodwinked me into believing they would help me further - shaving a mere $50. So I weigh all the hassles and inconveniences having spent 6 hours, all the hard inquiries, lost confidence in all salesmen, desire to change my car, and decided to sign my life away - a real modern-day slave contract.
