Young sales man did a great job for selling his first vehicle. Finance department not so much. I agreed to a particular monthly payment and then when I went to sign the payment increased so I had to walk vehicle. Finance department not so much. Financial said they would pay my car off quickly within the payoff time and 3 weeks later and many calls from my prior car finance company they finally paid it off. Also found out 3 weeks later they never called my insurance company to switch my coverage. They lack of service, communication and the fact that they ran my credit at least 1/2 dozen times without my knowledge is unprofessional and I would not recommend this new dealership. Communication is the key! More
