Best Porsche Dealer in Chicago Area!!!! First off, my salesman's name is Paul Ksieyc...this is the third Porsche I have purchased from this dealer and the service was excellent as always. P First off, my salesman's name is Paul Ksieyc...this is the third Porsche I have purchased from this dealer and the service was excellent as always. Paul went out of his way to make the transaction understandable and expedient. This car is my tenth Porsche, and Napleton is the only dealer that documents all the work they put into the car before they sell it, and gives you an invoice that documents everything. The last Porsche I bought from Napleton had keys that were usable but beat up, and they replaced both for free. Several years ago I bought a 911 Turbo S from another dealer in the area, and they charged me over 800.00 for new keys!! They keep all of their records updated, so when I called Paul about this car I just bought, he remembered everything about me. I also get regular e-mails from them about my car, asking me if everything is ok, and updating me on all the new things going on with Porsche. By the way, they are upgrading their facilities and will be moving in July 1st. During the transition, everything they have done is first class. I also want to give a shout out to Eric, who always gives me a fair deal in assessing my trade in. You cannot go wrong with Napleton Porsche, I highly recommend them and give this dealership Five Stars!!! More

I was promptly greeted by Paul in a very friendly professional manner. Not expecting a Panamera to be in my budget, I was surprised at the affordability and condition of the certified car. The car was clearly a category above the A7 and its' other competitors. Paul & his team were extremely knowledgeable on my car specs (as well as all the other Porsches on the lot). You could tell Paul loved what he did and was making a career at the dealership, not there just to push a fast sale. I came by a few times with my wife and family. The staff highlighted the safety, performance, features, etc. of the car and my wife, who is not a car person, unprompted said "wow, you are a really good salesman. The car sells itself and Paul and the team does a great job educating you on what differentiates a Porsche. We never felt pressured or misled. During the search, we changed our short term search criteria and lost out on the car, but we will be back for a Porsche from Paul in the next few years. I never expected my wife to call a Porsche practical. Thank you for putting a Porsche in reach! More
