The car I test drove was dirty. I bought the car with the promise it would be cleaned before delivery. Upon delivery to my house, I completed the paperwork before discovering the car had not been cleane the promise it would be cleaned before delivery. It was the second car I bought at Longo and will be my last. As for servicing, I can't trust them either as a result. More

Paul Leung is very nice and professional. I had purchased a 2009 Camry SE and have been doing business with this dealership since 1983. However the tint job on my new Camry had some bubbles. I tried to have a 2009 Camry SE and have been doing business with this dealership since 1983. However the tint job on my new Camry had some bubbles. I tried to have this resolved. I emailed Tom Rudnai and he had Kary Loefler contact me even though he left a message on my home answering machine to call him at (626) 580-6099 if there are any issues or concerns about my new Camry. Kary told me to go somewhere else to have it fixed even though it is under warranty at Longo and the reason their tint job has bubbles is because their best tinter left the dealership. More
