The car basically needed detailing. At this point, I see little point engaging with token apologies. I've done some cleaning of the interior but will need to pay for real detailing soon. I'm still a bit appalled having spent $28k and still need to spend more to get a "new" car.

Options 1 - You can bring your vehicle back to Longo for this service (or) Option 2, you can take your vehicle to a car wash facility of your choice and we will pay up to $200.00. The company has been trying to resolve Mr. Leong tint concern since October 8, 2008. The dealership has offered Mr. Leong (2) different options unfortunately; the company’s offer has been declined by Mr. Leong. The options were as followed: He can take his vehicle to our local vendor, have tint replaced at no out of pocket expense to Mr. Leong or he can take his vehicle to a company of his choice to have the work performed and send us the receipt. A certified letter was sent to Mr. Leong on October 22, 2008 from the President’s office of Longo Toyota/Scion. Based on the offers made by Longo’s management team.
