The car I test drove was dirty. I bought the car with
the promise it would be cleaned before delivery. Upon delivery to my house, I completed the paperwork before discovering the car had not been cleane

I judge a business on living up to their word. It was the second car I bought at Longo and will be my last. As for servicing, I can't trust them either as a result.

The car basically needed detailing. At this point, I see little point engaging with token apologies. I've done some cleaning of the interior but will need to pay for real detailing soon. I'm still a bit appalled having spent $28k and still need to spend more to get a "new" car.

Paul Leung your sales consultant had the pleasure of speaking with you in March 2021, noted your concern about the cleanliness and offered to pay for a detail. I would like to extend that offer. Options 1 - You can bring your vehicle back to Longo for this service (or) Option 2, you can take your vehicle to a car wash facility of your choice and we will pay up to $200.00. You will need to scan over the receipt. so we can submit payment to kary.loefler@longotoyota.com. Once again, we're truly sorry this matter has dampened your overall perception of our company.

I emailed Tom Rudnai and he had Kary Loefler contact me even though he left a message on my home answering machine to call him at (626) 580-6099 if there are any issues or concerns about my new Camry. Kary told me to go somewhere else to have it fixed even though it is under warranty at Longo and the reason their tint job has bubbles is because their best tinter left the dealership.

The company has been trying to resolve Mr. Leong tint concern since October 8, 2008. The dealership has offered Mr. Leong (2) different options unfortunately; the company’s offer has been declined by Mr. Leong. The options were as followed:
He can take his vehicle to our local vendor, have tint replaced at no out of pocket expense to Mr. Leong or he can take his vehicle to a company of his choice to have the work performed and send us the receipt.
A certified letter was sent to Mr. Leong on October 22, 2008 from the President’s office of Longo Toyota/Scion.
Based on the offers made by Longo’s management team. We feel that we have provided a very fair and satisfactory resolution to this matter.
