I went to the dealership looking for a car that would last for the next several years. I had a positive, friendly experience with the staff. I was met upon arrival at the dealership and shown a selection of cars by Tracy. My wife and I shopped at several dealerships looking for a vehicle with better gas mileage. We had a few very discouraging experiences at other dealerships, in terms of customer service and fairness with o a vehicle with better gas mileage. Robert let us drag him around the lot (with a storm looming, no less) for a LONG time. After letting us test drive several cars, and letting us change our mind more than once, we finally settled on the Chevy Equinox. Robert was honest with his advice and opinions and we appreciated that. Paul came out on the lot to speak to us, and even though he wasn't the "point" man on the sale, he continued to help us, in conjunction with Robert, and offer advice. Because our financing situation was not ideal, they worked very hard to get us the price, payment and trade we needed and an even better interest rate than we expected. Finishing up paperwork with Jason was a breeze....far less painful than other car buying experiences. We even got a "Hello" from Mr. Hardy himself! After several phone calls we decided by the excellent treatment and information given, that Hardy Chevrolet was the place to go! We traveled one and half hours to meet the Hardy team and we were not disappointed! Once arriving at the dealership we immediately were greeted with friendly faces by Dusty and Paul!
