My experience with Hardy Chevorlet was a everything purchasing a car should be!! Just minutes after submitting an online credit application, I received a text message saying my application had be rece purchasing a car should be!! Just minutes after submitting an online credit application, I received a text message saying my application had be received and a sales associate would be contacting me a short time later. Paul contacted me and I sat up a time to come and meet with them on the following Saturday. When I arrived, after talking a few short minutes, Paul then proceeded to show me the different cars that he believed that he could help me with. He told me to choose the one that I seemed most interested in and we would work on that. I choose the car I liked, test drove and while all the paper work was being completed, had lunch!! I returned to finished paperwork and being handed the keys to my brand new 2012 Cheverlot Cruze!!! Dusty proceeded to finish the paperwork and showed me how to work the different features in the car. I may also add that he credit manager was pleasant to work with as well!! The staff at Hardy Cheverlot showed professionalism in their actions while treating you as a friend. They have even followed up with me after the purchase, which is something that I have never experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! The credit forgiveness program is a wonderful program that they can offer their customers who have credit issues due to misfortune or other reasons--they are willing to give you a second chance and that is a wonderful feeling!!
